Manufacturing Process:

1. Board Cutting: Our glass panels are precisely cut from high-quality sheets using advanced board cutting machinery, ensuring accurate dimensions and consistent quality.

2. Smooth Edge: After cutting, the edges of each glass panel undergo a meticulous smoothing process to remove any roughness, ensuring safe handling and installation.

3. Physical Tempering: Through a specialized physical tempering process, our glass panels are strengthened to enhance their durability and resistance to thermal and mechanical stress, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

4. ITO Coating Application: A precise layer of Indium Tin OXide (ITO) is carefully deposited onto the glass surface using advanced coating techniques. This coating provides the necessary conductivity for electromagnetic shielding while maintaining excellent transparency.
