Manufacturing Process:

1. Smooth Edge: Edges are meticulously polished to achieve a smooth finish, enhancing safety and aesthetics while maintaining the integrity of the glass.

2. Silk Screen Printing: The glass is treated with a silk screen process to ensure precise patterns or designs are applied with accuracy.

3. Physical Tempered: Through a physical tempering process, the glass is strengthened to increase its resistance to impact and thermal stress, ensuring durability and safety.

4. AR Coating Application: An advanced anti-reflective coating is meticulously applied to the glass surface, minimizing reflections and glare, and enhancing optical clarity for screen displays.
