Manufacturing Process:

2. Smooth Edge: Edges are meticulously polished to achieve a smooth finish, enhancing safety and aesthetics while maintaining the integrity of the glass.

3. Polished Surface: The surface of the glass is carefully polished to ensure a high-quality, scratch-resistant finish, suitable for display applications.

4. Chemical Strengthening: Through a specialized chemical strengthening process, the glass is reinforced to increase its durability and resistance to impact, ensuring long-lasting performance.

5. AR Coating Application: An advanced anti-reflection coating is meticulously applied to the glass surface, minimizing reflections and glare, and enhancing optical clarity for LCD displays and touchscreens.
