Manufacturing Process:

1. Board Cutting: Our clear glass sheets are precisely cut into the desired dimensions using advanced board cutting techniques, ensuring accuracy and consistency in size.

2. Smooth Edge: After cutting, the edges of the glass panels are carefully smoothed to remove any sharp edges, enhancing safety and facilitating installation.

3. Silk Screen Printing: Custom designs, logos, or graphics can be silk-screened onto the glass surface, allowing for personalization and branding options tailored to your preferences.

4. Physical Tempering: The tempered glass cover panels undergo a specialized tempering process, where they are heated to high temperatures and then rapidly cooled, resulting in increased strength, durability, and resistance to thermal stress.
